shape my body

ekceli im very obses about body weight! hurmmm for both pregnancy wether for qawiem or adra i gained about 80kgs....woowww!! its omost 30 kilos extra dear! but thats the true story....hahaha! me myself oso dunno wat i ate until reach dat figure...maybe becoz of the baby keeps growing or i ate too much...no im not! as far as i concern, i just ate half cup of rice plus fish or meat and fruits....huhu! scaryyyy.....but i think its normal for preggy mom rite...haha! even ziana zain or erra fazira oso gained dat much!~ agak2 ler nak bagi perbandingan ye tak...

xder lah...i just nak share how i loss weight in short period...so for those who pregnant dun wory if ur really committed wit ur confinement regime the weight prob will be solved...('',) yuhuuuu!! trust me..

hurrmmm seingat i ler masa confinement ler masa yang paling best! sebab apa? ermmm half of women hate confinement bcoz ur not adviseable to eat sembarangan....yeah its true dats y i folo jew... sb my aim is to maintain my body....ishhhh sapa lah yang tak nak kurus ye tak? tapi biarlah kurus berfigure tak nak ler laks kurus sekeping....ishh xvogue...so dats y i put an effort to achieve my ideal weight...some more i wish i tua dalam anggun...xnak lah tua dari usia...

alahai masa aku menaip nie de laks citer pretty woman...hensem nye richard gere! still remember how glamer he is after the story....same to julia robert! haaa....tgk julia robert dah tua tapi still maintain kan?? again.....over comparison...xsetaraf ler faten nazahiah! watdehel....

ishhh back to the story nak kurus...now i maintain 55kgs ngan anak 2 okay...with 163cm...so such an ideal BMI....nak taw i makan pe jew masa pantang? hurmmm tghari jew i makan nasik then most of other time biskut cream cracker n jeng jeng jeng.....FITNESS from nestle...if ler Fitness de suh antor testimonial i will be the 1st contestant hokehhh....so korang taw Fitness tuh yang mana? jgn laks tertukor ngan koko krunch....kang tak pasai dok berebut ngan anak....wiwiwiwiwi! so let me show uols....tadaaaa.......



there it is...so behind the box is a suggestion meal plan which i folo...its really effective dear! it helps a lot....within 2 months i dare to loss ol the extra kgs which i gained during pregnancy....so xpe cuba fikir2 kan maybe mula2 xbrapa nak leh ikut sb i paham nasik tuh kan makanan ruji tapi biasa2 kan lah... in fact if u tinggalkan makan nasi waktu malam n have another substitue meal u will find ur body will loss a few kilos... again...trust me!

this is the true story...wakakaka! i suka citer true story tamaw ghempang2 (kata owang kedah)....
